Melissa Balestra
Estate Planning Case Manager

McIntyre Elder Law would like to introduce Estate Planning Case Manager, Melissa Balestra. Melissa grew up in a beauty shop with my grandmother. Many of her customers would often say that she had an “old soul”. At the age of eight, Melissa enjoyed hearing the stories of how it was ‘back in the day’. When Melissa first began working as a Paralegal in Estate Administration/Probate,

she remembered her heart breaking for the client and their loss. She would send cards to help lift their spirits. Everyone at some point in their life is going to lose someone close to them. When that time comes, it is devastating to the loved ones left behind. Often, the question then arises, “What is next?” and that can be daunting. Melissa loved being that person who assures them that she will be there one hundred percent along the way to help with the ‘what’s next’. Being there for clients through such a hard process gives me great satisfaction. It is there that she had found her calling as a care manager. There are more and more people in this world who have no family, no trusted friends or advisors. Some people never get married, some never have kids. They have watched everyone in their family pass on. This is where Melissa envision helping. She is there for you every step of the way.
